1. What countries do you ship to?
This site specifically services our customers in the USA. Everyone else, visit Pretty Serious Australia to order our awesome products.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We ship via USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail from our distribution facility in MI. Postage is calculated depending on your location. We do have a postage calculator on our cart so you can estimate how much postage will cost before you check out. If you spend $40, your postage is free.
3. Do you offer tracking on orders?
All orders placed will be provided with USPS tracking numbers upon fulfillment.
4. How long will it take me to get my order?
Unless it is during a launch or a sale, most orders are processed, packed and filled within 24 hours. From there, customers can expect to have their order within two to five days. If you have ordered and you are worried your package is missing, please email us at email@example.com. We'll do our best to help you out.
5. My item is damaged. HALP!
We're happy to replace any damaged/faulty item, but we do request that it be returned to us so that we can inspect the batch. Don't worry, we'll pay for the postage back to us and post you out a new item free of charge. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind so please choose your items carefully. We do our best to ensure colour accuracy in our swatches and product photos but please be aware that different devices will display colours differently.
