1. I did not get my order before your closure last year. What do I do?
A: Contact us ASAP with your order details at email@example.com. We've endeavoured to reach everyone over the last few months and we apologise if we missed you. The sooner you contact us, the less likely the items you ordered will be sold out.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CUTOFF FOR REPLACEMENT ORDERS IS 6/30/19.
2. I made two or more orders, can I combine them?
A: In order to maintain shipping speed we have opted to not allow combined orders. Please take your time and place a single order.
3. I had rewards points on your old store, can I use them here?
A: Unfortunately we could not carry over reward points information from the old store. A new reward system will be implemented with the release of our new products. Although we own the same name and trademarks as the original Pretty Serious, we are an entirely new company.
4. Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately due to rising costs and issues with shipping nail polish internationally, we have made the difficult decision to ship to USA and Canada only. If you are in Australia, you can find our AUS store here
5. How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated based on your location at checkout. Items are shipped via USPS from MI with full tracking provided upon shipment.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal and credit card via Square. Unfortunately we will not have Afterpay during the clearance period.
7. I want to return my item/order for a refund, what do I do?
A: We will replace any faulty or broken items with the same item, a refund or store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
8. I made an order and I need to cancel or change it or update my address.
A: Contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can catch your order before it ships.
9. How long until my order ships?
A: All items on the store are IN STOCK and will ship within 48 hours of orders being placed.
10. The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
A: With the exception of seasonal shades such as Liquid Leprechaun, Haddonfield, Elm Street and Crystal Lake, all items in the clearance store are being discontinued for the foreseeable future. They will not be restocked. A small selection of our best selling colors and nail care items will be returning as core products.
11. Can I backorder a product I really want?
A: We unfortunately can not special order any shades.
12. I have emailed you, when can I expect to hear back?
A: All emails will be answered within 1 working day (Mon-Fri Australia AEST) of being received.
